Pure Copper Regulator Coil
The SJW-Series uses a pure copper regulator coil — the highest-grade winding material available. Copper delivers lower resistance, superior heat dissipation, and dramatically longer service life compared to aluminium windings. Every watt of power passes through 100% copper.
High-Quality 1017 Carbon Brush
The 1017-grade carbon brush is the critical contact point in servo motor voltage regulation. The SJW uses only high-quality 1017 specification brushes — ensuring consistent electrical contact, low sparking, minimal wear, and reliable regulation performance over years of continuous operation.
Intelligent Digital Display Meter
A full intelligent digital display panel shows real-time input voltage (all three phases), output voltage, load status, and system health — far more informative than basic LED indicators. Operators can monitor every parameter at a glance without any additional test equipment.
Stepless Servo Motor Control
Continuous, gapless voltage regulation via servo motor + toroidal transformer system. No relay switching steps — just smooth, uninterrupted correction at every point in the voltage curve. Essential for industrial loads, CNC machines, and sensitive three-phase equipment.
Wide Input Range 260–490V
Accepts three-phase input from 260V to 490V AC — covering the full spectrum of Nigerian grid instability. Whether supply sags to 260V during peak demand or surges to 490V during off-peak hours, the SJW-Series maintains a steady 380V output throughout.
Three-Phase Auto Balance
Automatic three-phase voltage balancing with an increment of ≤2%. Even with severely unbalanced three-phase supply — common in Nigerian industrial and commercial settings — the SJW-Series corrects each phase independently to maintain balanced output across all three phases.
